Currently serving as Partner and Head of Operations at Odgers Interim since July 2014, Charlotte has previously held roles as Head of Operations and Marketing. Prior experience includes serving as Marketing Co-ordinator at Odgers Berndtson from February 2013 to July 2014, where the marketing function was established. Earlier, Charlotte worked as a Personal Assistant at Odgers Interim from August 2009 to February 2013, providing support to senior management and overseeing various marketing initiatives. Charlotte is currently pursuing a Professional Certificate in Marketing Level 4 from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, complemented by a Business and Secretarial Diploma from Quest Professional.
