Laurenz Eveleens

Laurenz Eveleens is an accomplished data scientist and technical leader with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as a Senior Data Scientist at Odido Nederland since February 2023. Prior roles include Technical Lead Data Scientist at CarNext.com, where Laurenz developed a data standardization service and implemented an LSTM algorithm for text data processing. During tenure at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, involvement included decision-making on predictive projects and technical leadership in predictive maintenance initiatives. Prior experience at ORTEC involved leading data engineering skill development and implementing Hadoop clusters, while earlier work at PwC Consulting focused on advising business processes and creating management dashboards. Laurenz holds a PhD in Informatics and an MSc in Business Mathematics & Informatics from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
