Sheila Perez

Sheila Perez has extensive experience in property management, currently serving as Community Manager at Odin Properties since January 2021. Previously, Sheila held the same title at Broad Management Group LLC from November 2016 to October 2020, overseeing the daily operations of a 348-unit LIHTC community and managing a team of eight. Sheila's earlier roles include Property Manager at Richman Property Services from January 2012 to April 2016, where property stabilization and maintaining high occupancy rates were achieved. Additionally, Sheila co-owned Perez Painting LLC from 2007 to 2016 and worked as Assistant Manager at Lincoln Property Company from 2008 to 2010, demonstrating a solid foundation in financial management, customer service, and staff development throughout their career.
