Alexandra Roddenbery

Alexandra Roddenbery, SHRM-CP, serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Odin since September 2019, where strategic direction for the HR function is provided, and development strategies for talent acquisition, recruitment, career development, and compensation are executed. Prior to this role, Alexandra held various positions at Costco Wholesale from August 2003 to September 2019, including Human Resources Supervising Coordinator, where oversight of recruitment, background checks, and applicant onboarding took place. Additional experience includes roles as Supervisor and Project Manager Inventory, where leadership, departmental productivity, and inventory management for a large team were demonstrated.
