Mary Coombe serves as General Counsel at Odin since October 2023, bringing extensive legal expertise from her prior role as Partner/General Counsel at Koeller, Nebeker, Carlson & Haluck from June 2017 to November 2023. With a strong focus on contract generation, negotiation, and compliance across various sectors, including technology and finance, Mary Coombe has significant experience in formulating legal compliance models, managing complex litigation, and advising clients on employment law and intellectual property matters. Previous positions include Attorney roles at Martorana & Bevier and Smith, McDowell & Powell, where responsibilities included drafting corporate documents, contracts, and providing legal counsel on corporate transactions. Mary Coombe holds a J.D. with Distinction in Intellectual Property Law from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law and a B.S. in Nutrition Science from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
