Thomas Keijzer

Thomas Keijzer is an experienced professional in the healthcare and sports sectors. Currently serving as Teamleider gehandicaptenzorg at Odion since May 2020, Thomas is responsible for individual and team development, budget management, HRM, and the implementation of organizational strategies. Previously, Thomas held roles as a Scheidsrechter/Umpire for the KNHB from August 2007 to June 2022, overseeing matches in the highest Dutch hockey competitions, and as a Radiotherapeutisch laborant at Antoni van Leeuwenhoek from September 2015 to April 2020, focusing on cancer treatment. Earlier experience includes work as a Pedagogisch medewerker at Heliomare from April 2003 to September 2015, providing skills training to youth. Thomas holds degrees in Radio Therapeutisch Laborant and Sociaal Agogische Werk and completed personal leadership training in 2021.
