Ray Lincolnhol

Ray Lincolnhol currently serves as the Director of HR for ODL, Inc., overseeing human resources operations for the US and Canada since January 2024. Prior to this role, Ray was the Regional Director of Human Resources at Gordon Food Service from May 2003 to October 2023, where responsibilities included leading HR functions for three business units with 3,000 employees and $3.5 billion in annual revenue. Ray also held various HR positions within Gordon Food Service, including Director of Human Resources for a $1 billion division and Talent Management & HR Systems Specialist, where a custom Leadership Development program was created. Additional experience includes roles as a Training Consultant at Pfizer, an eLearning Software Consultant at Knowledge Mechanics, and an ERP Software Consultant at Baan. Ray began a career in sales as a consultant for Applied Imaging after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Western Michigan University.
