Christian Obando

Christian Obando is an experienced operations and organization development leader, currently serving as the Director of Operations and Systems Development at Rochester Montessori School, where responsibilities include designing operating models and enhancing stakeholder engagement. Christian also holds consultant roles at ODN Oregon and the Minnesota Organization Development Network, focusing on strategic planning and organizational clarity for nonprofit clients.
