Fernanda Santos

Fernanda Santos is a Senior Human Resources Analyst with extensive experience in recruitment and selection processes, currently employed at Odontoprev since October 2020. At Odontoprev, Fernanda leads end-to-end selection processes and contributes to the implementation of the ATS LG while managing programs for interns and trainees. Previously, Fernanda worked at C&A Brasil as a Talent Acquisition specialist, overseeing recruitment processes for the E-commerce and People & Management divisions, and successfully implemented the Keboby ATS. Prior experience includes a role as a Pleno Human Resources Analyst at Grupo Solpanamby, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment for various sectors, including specialized and executive positions, as well as managing trainee programs and outplacement initiatives. Fernanda holds a degree in Human Resources Management from Universidade Paulista and has pursued studies in Business Administration and Secretarial Sciences.
