Andrea Spamer has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Andrea began their career in 2004 as a Systems Analyst and Software Developer at Distribuidora de gas Noel and GRUPO SITE. In 2005, they worked as a LANCAN Administrator at General Motors Silao. Andrea then joined NASOFT in 2007 and took on various roles, including Quality Assurance Analyst, SAP Loans Management Consultant, and SAP ABAP Consultant. At NASOFT, they focused on financial modules and provided support and advice to implementation teams. In 2010, they joined SAP as an SAP Functional Support Engineer, where they managed and led systems performance analysis engagements for clients in the CPG and banking/financial services sectors. Andrea also resolved critical customer issues and served as an escalation manager. Most recently, Andrea joined Odoo in 2019, initially as a Business System Analyst, where they consulted with clients across the Americas on ERP system configuration, implementation, and optimization. Andrea then transitioned to the role of Business Analyst Team Lead in September 2020. In this role, they manage a portfolio of active projects and provides ongoing support to clients while leading a team. Andrea is fluent in both English and Spanish and is skilled in delivering multi-lingual support.

Andrea Spamer obtained a Technical Project Manager Certificate from UC Berkeley Extension in 2023. In 2007, they received a Master's Degree in MSc Information Technology, Management and Organizational Change from Lancaster University Management School in the United Kingdom. Prior to that, in 2003, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in BSc Computer Science from ITESM Campus Leon. Andrea also holds various certifications, including CCNA Certification from Cisco in 2005 and several SAP certifications from different institutions between 2007 and 2012.
