Starting in 2007, they worked at Rohde & Schwarz as the Marketing and Imports Manager, where they developed and implemented the marketing strategy and improved sales processes. MENA then moved on to Procter & Gamble, where they held various roles including Key Account Manager, Marketing, Strategy & Planning Manager, and High Frequency Stores Account Manager. In these roles, they managed important client accounts, developed trade marketing strategies, and improved sales performance. Mena also worked at A Free Bird™ as a Product Manager, leading the research and development team in creating personalized products. MENA then ventured into starting their own business, Pro Personal Brand Inc., where they served as the Business Manager and Brand Consultant, providing brand and image consulting services. Currently, they are working at Odoo as the Senior Channel Team Lead, responsible for managing a team of account managers and driving sales growth.

In 2010, they obtained a Certificate in Marketing from the University of San Francisco, specializing in Marketing/Marketing Management.
