Mena Gonzalez has a diverse range of work experience. Starting in 2007, they worked at Rohde & Schwarz as the Marketing and Imports Manager, where they developed and implemented the marketing strategy and improved sales processes. MENA then moved on to Procter & Gamble, where they held various roles including Key Account Manager, Marketing, Strategy & Planning Manager, and High Frequency Stores Account Manager. In these roles, they managed important client accounts, developed trade marketing strategies, and improved sales performance. Mena also worked at A Free Bird™ as a Product Manager, leading the research and development team in creating personalized products. MENA then ventured into starting their own business, Pro Personal Brand Inc., where they served as the Business Manager and Brand Consultant, providing brand and image consulting services. Currently, they are working at Odoo as the Senior Channel Team Lead, responsible for managing a team of account managers and driving sales growth.

Mena Gonzalez has a diverse education history. In 2002 to 2007, they pursued a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Industrial de Santander. In 2010, they obtained a Certificate in Marketing from the University of San Francisco, specializing in Marketing/Marketing Management. That same year, they also earned a Certificate in Specialized Sales, Merchandising, and Marketing Operations from Aden Business School. In 2012 to 2013, Mena furthered their education by studying Image Consulting at the Fashion Institute of Technology. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including "Cloud Computing and Subscription Models: Selling and Marketing SaaS Solutions to the Enterprise" from Stanford Continuing Studies in 2020 and "Developing Innovative Ideas for New Companies: The First Step in Entrepreneurship" from Coursera Verified Certificates in 2014. Recently, they have pursued certifications in "Fundamentals of Product Management" from Stanford Continuing Studies and "Negotiation Skills: Strategies for increased effectiveness" from Harvard Division of Continuing Education, both in 2023.
