Sonum Saeed

Sonum Saeed has a diverse range of work experience in the legal field. Sonum is currently serving as a Legal Director at Odoo since January 2023. Previously, they worked as a Conference Director at North American South Asian Law Students Association from August 2019 to October 2021. Sonum also worked as a Privacy Law Clerk at Activision Blizzard from January 2021 to May 2021, where they drafted memorandums and researched privacy laws. Sonum has also worked as a Campus Representative at Themis Bar Review from January 2019 to May 2021. Additionally, they served as a Civil Rights and Immigration Rights Center Law Clerk at CAIR-CA from June 2020 to September 2020. Sonum also gained experience as a Data and Privacy Law Clerk at San Francisco City Attorney's Office from August 2019 to December 2019. Before that, they worked as a Law Clerk at Chapman Law Group, A.P.C. from May 2019 to August 2019. Sonum started their career as a Legislative Assistant at California State Assembly from January 2018 to September 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Legal Assistant at Wilke Fleury from September 2015 to May 2016 and at Crimmigration Inc. from February 2014 to May 2015, where they specialized in immigration law and litigation preparation.

Sonum Saeed holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of California, Davis, which was completed in 2013. Starting from 2019, they attended the Contra Costa County Prosecutor's Academy. Sonum also participated in the FBI Citizens Academy in 2014. Sonum is currently pursuing a Doctor of Law (JD) degree at Golden Gate University, School of Law, which is expected to be completed in 2021.
