Swasti Srivastva is an accomplished team lead and business system analyst with extensive experience in ERP implementation and project management. Currently leading a team of 13 BSA Consultants at Odoo since July 2019, Swasti specializes in collaborating with business stakeholders, managing data migration, and providing tailored solutions while minimizing customization. Prior experience includes roles at Ivalua as a Software Implementation Specialist, EZ-FLO International as a Business Project Manager, and Thales as a Business Analyst, where expertise in data analysis, SQL, and project management was demonstrated. Swasti holds a Master of Science in Information Technology and Management from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Sciences from B. M. S. College of Engineering.
