Oliver Hearn

Oliver Hearn has had a diversified work experience primarily in facilities management and highways management. Oliver worked at ODS as the Head of Facilities Management & Fleet since June 2021. Previously, at ODS, they served as the Head of Facilities Management from June 2019 onwards. Before joining ODS, Oliver worked at Oxford City Council as the Highways Contract Manager from June 2014 to April 2018. Prior to that, they held the position of Highways Supervisor from March 2013 to May 2014.
