Pedram Keyani

Pedram Keyani is the current advisor at Odys Aviation. Pedram has also previously worked with Helping Hands Community and Uber. Pedram was with Uber from September 2014 to September 2018, during which time they served as the Director of Engineering.

During their time at Uber, Keyani oversaw growth in adtech, signup funnel, engagement, referrals, and financial incentives for riders and partners all over the world. Pedram started with a growth team of 20 engineers and eventually scaled it up to 250 through designing an effective organizational structure and training process. Keyani also established regional teams for China, India, and other markets, including a Bangalore site which they himself led.

Since 2017, Keyani has been focusing on Developer Productivity, which entails building services and tools to make life easier for engineers. This involves eliminating wasted time and stress through simulation and fast local testing. Pedram has also run most of the company's hackathons and led the process of rewriting and deploying new engineering competencies across the organization.

Pedram Keyani has a MS in Computer Science from [Stanford University and a BS in Computer Engineering from Santa Clara University.
