Kendra Shapiro

Kendra Shapiro is an experienced professional in the fields of education and research with a background in biology. Currently serving as an Education Specialist at the Southwest Wildlife Conservation Center since March 2023, Kendra previously worked as a Research Technician at the La Jolla Institute for Immunology from September 2021 to November 2022. Additionally, Kendra held the position of Free Dive Guide at LA JOLLA WATER SPORTS LLC during the same period. Earlier roles include serving as a Hostess at Gabriella's American Contemporary Cuisine and as a Stingray Care Intern at the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum. Kendra Shapiro holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Arizona, completed in May 2020, and attended Leigh High School from September 2012 to June 2016.
