Shellyann Cummings

Shellyann Cummings is a Behavioral Health Technician at Odyssey House of Utah, where Shellyann plans and leads groups for women, documents client activity, provides care and validates feelings, and verifies and passes out medications. Shellyann also works as a Collections Representative and Patient Support Representative at R1 RCM, excelling in customer service, connecting patients with doctors, and devising new strategies. In the past, Shellyann has held positions as a Support Staff Manager, Loan Officer, Community Relations, and Door to Door Sales Representative. Shellyann is currently pursuing a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at Brigham Young University - Idaho.
