Dan Gordon

Dan Gordon serves as the Executive Director of the Aviation Group at Odyssey Systems since November 2021. Previously, Dan held the position of Director of Operations at Knowles Cazenovia dba Compex from July 2011 to December 2019, overseeing the electronic component manufacturing division and ensuring targets for on-time deliveries and customer satisfaction were met. Dan's extensive experience in the United States Air Force spanned from 1988 to 2011, where key roles included F-16 System Program Manager, Chief of the Space and Nuclear Networks Division, and Country Director, managing large teams and multi-billion dollar budgets for modernization and military operations. Dan holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Arts in Strategic Studies from the USAF Air War College and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Western New England University.
