Matt Kasberg

Chief Operating Officer at Odyssey Systems

Matt Kasberg was named Odyssey’s COO in June 2019. Prior, he spent 11 years with Odyssey as the Senior Director, Business Development and Director, Operations for all Hanscom Air Force Base (Bedford, Mass.) programs.

As COO, Mr. Kasberg leads all operations, business development, and talent acquisition functions. He is responsible for Odyssey’s current operations portfolio which spans five divisions. In addition, he leads strategy and technical development to ensure continued company growth.

In his previous role, Mr. Kasberg managed numerous task orders supporting an array of Air Force Life Cycle Management (AFLCMC) and Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC) divisions. He led the execution of contracts supporting force protection, air space mission planning and management, foreign military sales, airborne warning and control, space surveillance, ground-based space sensor, and special program domains. He ensured Odyssey’s performance consistently met or exceeded customer benchmarks while leading 300 employees and dozens of partner companies across 15 geographic locations worldwide.

Mr. Kasberg earned a bachelor’s of arts degree in economics from Colby College, in Waterville, Maine, and an MBA from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts.
