Paul Marston

Paul Marston is an experienced executive with a robust background in defense system management and cost analysis. Currently serving as the Executive Director of the C5ISR Group at Odyssey Systems, Marston oversees critical defense support for the US Air Force, Navy, and Army. Prior to this role, Marston held several leadership positions at MCR, LLC, including President of MCR Global and Vice President of Defense Programs, where responsibilities encompassed managing large teams and substantial business operations. Marston's early career includes significant roles at MCR Federal and the US Air Force, where leadership in budget planning and cost analysis was pivotal. Marston holds an Executive Education degree from Harvard Business School, a Master of Science in Management from Boston University, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from San Diego State University.
