Rich Fletcher has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Rich began their career in 1995 as a Team Supervisor and Aircraft Maintenance Officer in the United States Air Force, where they managed maintenance repairs and inspections on various aircraft. Rich later became an Operations Manager, leading a large logistics staff and overseeing maintenance support and training programs. In 2010, they joined the United States Department of Defense as the Chief of Logistics Operations, where they supervised a logistics team and managed logistics efforts in North America, including disaster response and humanitarian assistance missions. Additionally, they served as the Vice Director of Logistics in the United States Air Force and led a large logistics staff and managed inspections processes. Most recently, they worked at Odyssey Systems as the Senior Program Manager and Task Lead, where they provided support services to the United States Space Force team and managed hiring processes, tasking processes, and communications strategies. Throughout their career, Rich Fletcher has demonstrated expertise in logistics, program management, and leadership.

Rich Fletcher has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in History from the United States Air Force Academy, which they obtained from 1991 to 1995. Rich also attended the United States Air Force Academy Preparatory School for one year prior to that. In 2001, they earned a Master's degree in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. From 2006 to 2007, they completed a Master's degree in Military Operational Art and Science/Studies at the USAF Air Command and Staff College. Rich furthered their education from 2009 to 2011 at the USAF Air War College, where they studied Military Operational Art and Science/Studies. Rich Fletcher also holds certifications in Program Management Level 2 from the Defense Acquisition University and Life Cycle Logistics Level 1, institution and year of obtaining which are not provided.
