Alex Arias

Alex Arias is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in financial lines treaty underwriting and analytics. Currently serving as SVP and Head of Financial Lines Treaty at OdysseyRe since December 2017, Alex has held various positions within the company, including VP & Portfolio Analytics Lead and AVP. Prior to OdysseyRe, Alex worked at Swiss Re as an AVP in financial lines underwriting from November 2015 to December 2017. Alex began the professional journey as an Underwriter Associate (Intern) at Hiscox and also gained experience as an Analyst (Intern) at LVMH. Alex holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Risk Management and Insurance from Saint Joseph's University.
