Sahana Deepak

Sahana Deepak is currently an Actuarial Intern at OdysseyRe, contributing to the casualty actuarial team within a reinsurance environment while learning policy pricing methods. Sahana serves as the Vice President Finance for the Panhellenic Association, overseeing the finances of all 18 sorority chapters at the University of Washington. Previous roles include Vice President Finance and Technology Chair for the Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed budget management and member support through technological assistance. Sahana's internship experience includes data science work at Spectral MD, enhancing AI technology for medical applications, and conducting data analytics at Navya Network, Inc., focused on cancer patient reports. An earlier internship at Providence involved data analysis aimed at improving access to COVID-19 testing for underserved communities. Sahana is pursuing a degree at the University of Washington from 2021 to 2025.
