Esme Stout

Policy Analyst - OECD Network Of Foundations Working For Development at OECD

Esme Stout is a skilled policy analyst with extensive experience in international relations and development. Since October 2019, Esme has worked at the OECD in various roles, including Policy Analyst for the OECD Network of Foundations Working for Development, Policy Advisor in the Office of the Secretary General, and Junior Policy Analyst in the Development Co-operation Directorate, where Esme began as a trainee. Prior to the OECD, Esme served as a Foreign Policy and Development Attaché and Foreign Policy and Defence Assistant at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office from September 2017 to October 2019. Educational achievements include a Master’s degree in International Relations and National Security Studies from Sciences Po (2018-2020) and a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Oxford (2013-2016). Early education was completed at Durham Johnston Sixth Form (2010-2012) and Durham Johnston Comprehensive School (2005-2010).
