Luna A. Obeidat

Luna A. Obeidat, MA, is a Senior Expert in Public Sector Reform at the OECD - OCDE since April 2023. Previously, Luna served as the Institutionalization and Sustainability Lead for the USAID YouthPower Program at Global Communities from October 2020 to September 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Technical Coordination Specialist in Decentralization Advisory at Chemonics International, where recommendations were provided to various ministries in Jordan, and coordinating development projects at the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation. Luna also held roles in monitoring and evaluation, and as Head of Conferences and Seminars at the University of Jordan. Educational credentials include a Master's Degree in Local Development from the University of Jordan and additional studies at Carleton University.
