Nathan Ducrocq is currently a Junior Economist in the Tax and Environment Unit at the OECD-OCDE, contributing to the Tax Policy and Statistics Division since April 2023. Previously, Nathan served as an intern in the same division, focusing on carbon pricing and market-based tools for carbon emission reduction as well as taxing energy use. Prior experience includes working as a trainee at the University of Bath on a Universal Basic Income pilot in Hyderabad, aimed at assessing its impact on worker empowerment, and as an assistant at the Direction des Impots des Non Résidents, where responsibilities involved tax calculations for non-residents in France. Nathan holds a Master 2 in Energy Finance and Carbon from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL and a Master's degree in International Development, Social Justice, and Sustainability from the University of Bath, among other educational qualifications in economics and law.
