Shweta Trivedi

Shweta Trivedi currently serves as the Head of Talent Management & Analytics at OECD - OCDE, a position held since October 2020. Previously, Shweta was the Executive Director at Success Academy Charter Schools, where efforts focused on reshaping culture and governance for a large network of charter schools in New York City. In the global financial sector, Shweta held significant roles at FIS as the Global Head of Organizational Development & Change and at Capco as Global Director of Leadership & Organisational Development, where strategic initiatives were implemented to drive growth and improve organizational efficacy. Shweta's career began at PwC as a Management Consultant, and earlier experience includes a role as a Business Analyst & Project Manager at the District Health Board of Auckland. Shweta holds a Master of Commerce, a Diploma of Commerce, and a Bachelor of Science from The University of Auckland.
