Todd Evanger

Todd Evanger serves as the Community Arts Coordinator for the City of Richmond since October 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing community cultural development and arts programming. Prior experience includes the role of Arts Education Manager at North Van Arts from July 2017 to October 2019 and a significant leadership position at Access Gallery, where Todd held various board roles including President from 2018 to 2019. Todd Evanger's academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Fine Arts from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts from Emily Carr University of Art and Design.
