Joseph Bartz

Joseph Bartz has a strong background in operations and manufacturing management. Joseph is currently the Vice President of Operations at OEM Fabricators, Inc., overseeing all manufacturing and support personnel across multiple plants. Joseph previously served as the Plant Manager and Director of Operations at the same company. Before joining OEM Fabricators, Inc., Joseph worked as a Business Unit Leader and Customer Service Manager, where they managed key accounts, participated in sales calls, and handled routing and estimating for manufacturing. Prior to that, they gained experience as a Manufacturing Coordinator at Universal Silencer and as a Quality Coordinator at Cummins Filtration. Joseph also completed an internship in quality at AxleTech International.

Joseph Bartz attended the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree. Their field of study was Operations Management and Supervision.
