Marcus Pålsson has a diverse work experience spanning from 2003 to the present. Marcus started their career as the co-owner and head of graphic- and interactive design at Referat, a company specializing in IT-based document solutions. In 2003, they founded a flower shop called UNIK blommor och form, where they worked alongside their wife. They were successful and eventually had three full-time employees. In 2008, Marcus founded another business called Bloomcards.se, a flower card company that sold greeting cards to shops across Sweden. This venture eventually became a part-time job. Also in 2008, Marcus collaborated with a start-up interior design company, Formali, as a founder and designer, where they focused on producing CAD drawings for manufacturing. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as a brand manager web at Husqvarna before transitioning to the role of web project manager. In this role, they managed various consumer websites and the My Garden concept from Gardena. In 2013, Marcus joined OEM International as their digital marketing manager, involved in e-commerce implementation, site design, platform evaluation, and PIM system change. Marcus eventually became the Head of Digital Marketing, leading a team responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of OEM International's digital marketplace.
