Jessie Potterton

Jessie Potterton's work experience begins in 2005 as a Dispatcher and Employee Relations Manager at Ivey Construction Co., Inc. In 2005, they also worked as a Youth Development Educator and Department Head at the University of Wisconsin System. From 2011 to 2013, Jessie served as the Director of Prospective Student Services at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. They then became the Interim Director and later the Director of Academic Programs at the College of Agricultural & Life Sciences: Farm & Industry Short Course from 2013 to 2017. In 2017, Jessie joined Indigo as a Recruitment Manager and People Partner, and later transitioned to the role of Senior People Partner in the Commercial department. In 2021, they founded LevelUp Consulting, and also recently took on the position of Senior Director of People at Oerth Bio.

Jessie Potterton attended Mineral Point High School, where it is not specified when they started and finished their education. After high school, they enrolled at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Life Sciences Communication. Following this, they pursued further education at UW-Platteville from 2004 to 2008 and earned a Master of Science degree in Education, specifically focused on Counselor Education.
