Chris McGarvie

Chris McGarvie is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Head of Marketing and Application Management for Driveshaft and Occupant Safety Applications at Oetiker Group since October 2003. Prior to this role, Chris held positions as Application Manager for Occupant Safety Systems, Engineering Manager for the Americas, Product Manager for the Americas, and Product Development Manager at Cotterman Inc from December 2000 to September 2003. Earlier in the career, Chris gained valuable experience at General Motors as a Production Supervisor and Process Engineering Co-op from September 1997 to December 2000. Chris earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering with a Mathematics Minor, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Saginaw Valley State University between 1997 and 1999.
