Tim Kennedy

Tim Kennedy has over three decades of experience in human resources, primarily with the Oetiker Group since September 1994 where Tim currently serves as Head Human Resources Americas and Plant Head Clamps US. Previous roles at Oetiker Group include HR Governance, HRBP Americas, Human Resource Director for the Americas, and Global Human Resources Director. Prior to joining Oetiker, Tim worked at Walmart as Manager of Training & Development from September 1991 to August 1994 and at Hills as Operations Manager from August 1990 to August 1991. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Central Michigan University, earned between 1986 and 1990.
