Florencia Eceiza

Florencia Eceiza has worked in a variety of roles since 2016. Florencia began their career as a Medical Office Manager at AME Clinic in 2016, where they supervised the operations of the medical group, interviewed potential employees, and streamlined clinical procedures. In 2017, they became a Social Media Manager at Majorel Germany, where they managed content for Facebook and Instagram based on the client's policy, investigated trends and patterns, and proposed and implemented solutions for improved guidelines. In 2020, they joined IU International University of Applied Sciences as a Senior Recruitment Manager, where they had a proven track record of consistently exceeding quarterly targets and KPIs, organized comprehensive workshops on the sales process, and planned and hosted engaging weekly online webinars for 100+ prospective students. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Oetker Digital GmbH as a Junior Talent Acquisition Manager.

Florencia Eceiza received their Doctor of Dental Medicine from Universidad Kennedy in 2016, having studied there from 2010.
