Kristin Lawrenz has held a variety of roles in the marketing and communications industry since 2006. Kristin began their career as an Intern in the Domestic Affairs/Justice Department at the Sächsische Staatskanzlei in 2006. In 2007, they worked as a Marketing Assistant at OstWestfalenLippe GmbH, where they helped position the wider OWL region as an international hightech cluster and innovation hub. In 2008, they worked as a Project Assistance in the Communications Department at Kunsthaus Bregenz and in 2010, they were part of a team that developed a post-merger communication strategy for Commerzbank's "Stiftungszentrum". In 2012, they were the International Marketing Manager at ]init[ - Services for the eSociety. From 2014 to 2018, they were a Senior Marketing Specialist at IVU Traffic Technologies AG, where they developed, executed, monitored, analyzed and optimized B2B lead generation campaigns. Finally, from 2018 to 2019, they were the Head of Marketing at Hyconic, an AdTech Startup. Currently, Kristin Lawrenz is a Senior Digital Marketing Manager - Social Media at Oetker Digital GmbH, where they are supporting growth and digital transformation.
Kristin Lawrenz has an extensive education history. Kristin began their studies in 2001 with a Magister Artium from Bielefeld University in Theirtory, Law, English Language and Literature. Kristin then moved to Universität Osnabrück for European Studies in 2002. From 2002 to 2008, they earned a Bachelor of Arts from Bielefeld University in Political Sciences, and from 2008 to 2011, they earned a Master of Arts from Zeppelin University, Friedrichshafen in Communication and Cultural Management (Major), Corporate Management and Economics (Minor). Kristin Lawrenz also has several certifications. In 2018, they obtained an Inbound Certification from HubSpot Academy and a Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google. In 2020, they obtained a Google Ads App Certification from Google and a Design Thinking certification from iversity GmbH. In 2021, they obtained a Change Management certification from the University of Cape Town and an OKR Master certification from NEW WORK SQUAD. Finally, they are currently working towards a FROM SUPERPOWERS TO GREAT TEAMS certification from IDEO U, which they are expected to obtain in March 2022.
