Svetlana Ushanova

Svetlana Ushanova has been working in the field of talent acquisition and culture management since 2015. Svetlana began their career at Business Foto as a Project Manager, and then joined Oetker Digital in 2020, where they have held the roles of Strategic Project Manager, Talent Acquisition and Culture Manager, Junior Talent Acquisition and Culture Manager, and Talent Acquisition.

Svetlana Ushanova received their Bachelor's degree in European Svetlana'story from the Russian University of Humanities in 2011-2015. Svetlana then pursued a Master's degree in Svetlana'story at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin from 2016-2017, followed by another Master's degree in Svetlana'story from the same university from 2018-2021.
