Jenson Sylvester

Jenson Sylvester has a wealth of work experience spanning over two decades. In 1997, they began their career as a Technical Support Consultant - Graduate Trainee at DST Systems. Jenson then moved to Informa Global Markets in 1999 as a UK Network Manager. In 2003, they became a Business Development Manager at Fujitsu. From 2007 to 2011, they worked at Computacenter Services as a Solution Specialist (Technical Services). Jenson then moved to Sogeti CapGemini's Local I.T. Services Company in 2009 as an Account Director. After that, they worked at Capita IT Professional Services as a Senior Account Manager from 2011 to 2012. Jenson then moved to Columbus Business Solutions in 2012 as the Director of Government and Strategic Accounts. From 2015 to 2022, they held various roles at Cable & Wireless Communications, such as Head of CWC MultiNationals - B2B, Country Manager Barbados & Head of B2B South Caribbean, Managing Director - Barbados, Vice President - B2B, and Regional Director - IT Solutions. Jenson is currently the VP of Operations at OfColor.

Jenson Sylvester has a diverse educational background. Jenson obtained a Computer Science degree in Information Technology from Birmingham City University between 1994 and 1997. Jenson then went on to obtain a Masters of Science in Management Information Systems from Kingston University between 2006 and 2007. In 2014, they completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Telecoms Mini MBA from Informa Telecoms Academy. In 2017, they attended Harvard Business School for an Executive Management Programme and completed an online Leading with Finance course from Harvard Business School Online.
