Yemi Rose

Yemi Rose has had a long and successful career in communications and financial services. Yemi began their career in 2004 as a Capital Markets Intelligence Associate at Thomson Financial. In 2006, they moved to KCSA Strategic Communications, where they served as an Investor Relations Account Director. In 2010, they joined Kekst CNC as an Associate, where they worked with CEOs, CFOs, and heads of investor relations and corporate communications. From 2014 to 2015, they were an Associate Director, Strategic Investment Communications at KPMG US, driving communications around the firm's Data & Analytics and Technology Innovation practices. Yemi then moved to BlackRock in 2015, where they were the Director, Corporate Communications. In 2016, they joined Prudential Financial as the Vice President, Global Communications - Financial Wellness Enterprise Initiatives, and later, the Director, Global Communications, Enterprise Initiatives. In 2020, they founded OfColor, where they currently serve as the Founder/CEO.

Yemi Rose obtained a B.S. in Communication from Cornell University between 1999 and 2001. Yemi then went on to obtain an M.A. in Communication from the same university between 2001 and 2003. In January 2020, they received a certification in Mastering Innovation from The Wharton School.
