Byron Waylan

Byron Waylan has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries and roles. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Financial Officer at BSR Properties, a real estate development and property management company. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Off Duty Management, which provides off-duty employment administration services to law enforcement agencies.

Before entering the real estate and law enforcement sectors, Waylan worked at ITW, where they held various roles. Byron served as the Division Controller for the ITW Car Care division and later became the Director of Retail Shared Services, responsible for overseeing shared services in IT, customer service, finance/accounting, and supply chain for ITW's Automotive Aftermarket North American Division. Byron also worked as the Controller for ITW Global Brands.

Earlier in their career, Waylan had roles at Shell, where they were the Finance Manager for Global Car Care. Byron also worked as a Corporate Internal Auditor and an Account/Project Manager. Byron'searliest role was at Shell Oil Company, where they served as the E&P Accounting Manager.

Byron Waylan completed their education and earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Accounting from Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College. Byron further pursued higher education and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from Pittsburg State University.
