Ed Luzcando serves as the CTO and VP of Technology at Off Duty Management, leading the enterprise digital transformation and the advancement of OfficerTRAK, a product designed for the Law Enforcement community. With extensive experience in technology leadership, Ed founded Lumensight, providing advisory services in IT strategic direction, governance, and pragmatic problem-solving. Additionally, Ed has held significant roles at Performance Improvement Partners, NYISO, and MISO Energy, focusing on solutions delivery, enterprise architecture, and application design for the electric grid. Ed's educational background includes a Master of Liberal Arts in Information Technology from Harvard Extension School, a Master of Science in Human Computer Interaction from Indiana University Indianapolis, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University.
