Jennifer Diamond has over a decade of experience in the culinary field, specializing in pastry and bakery management. Currently serving as Bakery Manager at Offbeat Donuts since January 2016, Jennifer previously held positions as Assistant Pastry Chef at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel from 2010 to 2012, managing pastry operations for multiple outlets, conferences, and room service. Earlier experience includes serving as Demi Chef de Partie at Bohemia Restaurant, preparing desserts for a Michelin star venue, and as Pastry Cook 2 at The Breakers, focused on banquet and conference desserts. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from DIT Cathal Brugha Street, completed in 2007.
