Vasilisa Marinchuk

Vasilisa Marinchuk has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Vasilisa is currently the Managing Director at Democracy4all, a blockchain for governance company. Vasilisa is also a Co-Founder and COO at Anima, a role they took on in 2022. Vasilisa is a Founding Member and Member of the Executive Board at Centre Blockchain de Catalunya since 2020, where they also served as the Director of International Relations and Engagements from 2021 to 2023. Vasilisa is a Co-Founder of the Barcelona chapter at OffChain Global since 2021. In addition, they are a Member of the Board of Advisors at InvoiceMate starting in 2023. Vasilisa has also worked as a Visiting Lecturer at the Higher School of Economics since 2020. Vasilisa held various roles at World Business Angels Investment Forum from 2020 to 2023. At BSV BLOCKCHAIN Hub MENA & South Asia, Vasilisa was the Head of Partnerships and Communications from 2022 to 2022. Prior to these roles, they served as an Advisor at SIBUR from 2017 to 2019 and as a Senior Manager, Business Partner Services at WaveCrest Group from 2016 to 2017. Vasilisa's experiences involve leadership, partnerships and communications, advisory roles, and teaching.

Vasilisa Marinchuk began their education in 2003 at the Higher School of Economics, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Management. Vasilisa completed their studies in 2007. In 2006, they also attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) for a Summer School Program focused on Financial Markets.

In 2014, Vasilisa furthered their education by attending the IE Business School, where they obtained an IMBA (International Master in Business Administration) degree in Business Administration and Management. Their studies at IE Business School concluded in 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Vasilisa Marinchuk obtained a certification in Atlassian Jira - a project management system, as well as Atlassian Confluence. This certification was obtained in October 2018 from the Force study center.
