Renna Ba

Renna Ba has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Renna started their professional career as an Entertainment Marketing Intern at Reach Glory in 2013. In 2015, they worked as a Special Events Intern at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival. Renna then joined the \u5e1d\u7acb\u5965\u5df4\u4f53\u80b2\u6587\u5316\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8 in 2016, where they served as a Producer for the show "Dream Chasers, Let's Go!". Simultaneously, they co-founded Unirui Management LLC and worked as a Co-Founder and Producer from 2016 to 2019. In 2019, Renna became a Campaign Coordinator for Jonathan Abboud's campaign for the California State Assembly 37th District.

In 2020, they interned as a Communications and Next Gen Intern at the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition. The following year, Renna worked as a Legislative Intern at the U.S. House of Representatives. Renna then transitioned to Quorum in 2021, where they held a Business Development role until early 2022. Their next position was at Messari, where they served as a Protocol Services Account Executive from 2022 to 2023. Currently, Renna is working at Offchain Labs, focusing on Partnerships and DeFi since mid-2023.

Renna Ba pursued their education at the UC Santa Barbara, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Film and Media from 2012 to 2016. Later, they continued their studies at The Graduate School of Political Management, earning a Master's degree in Political Management with a concentration in Global Politics from 2020 to 2022. Additionally, Renna also completed a Graduate Certificate in Global Public Relations from the same institution during the same time period.
