Alissa O'Dell Smith

Alissa O'Dell Smith has extensive experience in operations and facilities management, currently serving as the Sr. Facilities and Office Operations Manager at OfferUp since September 2015, following a role as Operations Manager. Prior to this, Alissa held several positions, including Executive Assistant at Intellectual Ventures from March 2012 to September 2015, HR Generalist at Ascentium from February 2011 to March 2012, and Account Manager at both TalentWise and Jobster. Alissa's career began as a Field Assurance Representative at Bard Access Systems from July 2006 to June 2007. Alissa graduated from the University of Washington, where studies took place from 1999 to 2003.
