Darshan Ramanagoudra

Darshan Ramanagoudra has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Darshan is currently working at OfferZen as the Head of Account Management, a position they have held since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Account Director at OfferZen from April 2020 to July 2022.

Before joining OfferZen, Darshan worked at Try Catch, a company acquired by OfferZen, as a Business Development professional. During their time at Try Catch from June 2018 to March 2020, they were involved in connecting tech talent with leading tech companies through AI and human screening processes.

Darshan also pursued an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, where they were a candidate from January 2017 to March 2018.

In 2015, Darshan established their own consultancy called Jobless Inc, where they assisted aspiring entrepreneurs in setting up businesses and helped early-stage startups scale. Darshan worked with two food industry startups, Paapana's Biriyani and Tcake Co., during their time at Jobless Inc from March 2015 to November 2016.

Darshan's entrepreneurial journey began in 2009 with their first venture, Hungry Hogs, India's first specialized Hot Dog cafe. As the owner of Hungry Hogs, they successfully expanded the business to five brick and mortar stores with different business models. Darshan handled branding, business development strategies, and established multiple B2B partnerships. Their tenure at Hungry Hogs lasted from October 2009 to February 2015.

From January 2013 to September 2014, Darshan worked at JetSetGo as the Sales and Marketing Director. JetSetGo is an online marketplace for private jet and helicopter charters in India. Darshan led product development and managed the product lifecycle from concept to the most viable product.

Darshan Ramanagoudra completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University in 2018. Prior to that, in 2017, they also participated in the program "Doing Business in China" at Tsinghua University. In 2009, Darshan earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Sir M Visvesvaraya Institute Of Technology. Darshan completed their high school education at Vidya Niketan School between 2000 and 2005, receiving their High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates during that time.
