Brian McCarthy

Brian McCarthy currently serves as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Office Ally, a position held since October 2025. Prior to this, Brian was Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at CarePayment from March 2018 to October 2025. Between March 2012 and February 2018, Brian held various roles in portfolio companies of a family office managing approximately $1 billion in private equity healthcare investments, including Vice President of Operations and General Counsel at OccuSystems, Inc., where significant contributions included negotiating and integrating acquisitions. Before that, Brian gained experience as a Paid Advisor at Epiphany Health Ventures and completed a fellowship with a U.S. Magistrate Judge. Early career experience includes work as an Associate in the Structured Finance Group at Guggenheim Partners. Brian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and a Juris Doctor from Notre Dame Law School.
