Richard Price

As Office Beacon’s legal counsel, Rick has been practicing law since 1984. Rick is an “AV” rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating for legal ability and ethical standards. Since 1987 Rick has been acting as a Judge Pro Tem in the Orange County Superior Court. In 1994 was selected to act as an Arbitrator in the Orange County Superior Court. Rick is admitted to practice law in all courts in the State of California, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal and the United States Supreme Court.
