Kevin Norris

Kevin Norris is the current Lead Installer at Office Environments. Prior to that, they were an IT Engineer / Project Manager at Business Technology Solutions from February 2018 to January 2022. There, they were responsible for managing and maintaining a wide variety of hardware and software IT platforms, including firewalls, VPNs, file and network servers. Kevin was also the Lead Project Manager for a diverse array of client needs and was responsible for communicating effective goals and timelines with clients and respective project members. Kevin has also worked as an Enterprise Technology Specialist at Foojee from November 2014 to February 2018, and as a Business Account Manager at Apple from June 2010 to November 2014.

Kevin Norris has a field in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of North Georgia. Kevin also has certification from Jamf in Jamf Integrator and Casper Certified Technician. Furthermore, Kevin Norris is also certified from Apple as an Apple Certified Support Professional and iOS Deployment Essentials.
