Naveen Aggarwal

Naveen Aggarwal is an experienced technology executive currently serving as the Executive Director at The Office of Experience since October 2024. Previously, Naveen held the position of Vice President of Technology at Critical Mass and served as VP of Digital Innovation and VP of Engineering at Leo Burnett, where a notable achievement included leading a $20MM digital transformation project that resulted in a 30% cost savings. As a co-founder of rfpHunter, Naveen developed solutions to streamline the RFP process for small to medium businesses. Naveen's career also includes roles as Practice Lead and Architect Consulting at Technology Services Group, and as Manager at Braun Consulting, where the journey began after graduating from Michigan State University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. Additional education includes a Mini MBA in Digital Marketing and recent studies at Harvard Business School and MIT Professional Education.
