Meagan Saiko

Meagan Saiko has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and administrative assistance. Meagan is currently working as the Human Resources Director at the Office of Minnesota Secretary of State Steve Simon since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked for the State of Minnesota from 2018 to 2022, first as a Human Resources Specialist 2, where they coordinated recruitment and selection activities and provided advice on various HR procedures. Meagan also served as a Payroll Administrator, overseeing payroll projects across multiple agencies. Before joining the state government, Meagan worked as an HR Assistant at IDEACOM MID-AMERICA, INC. from 2014 to 2018, and briefly as an Executive Administrative Assistant/ Project Manager Assistant at Christenson Corporation in 2014.

Meagan Saiko holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota. Meagan has also obtained certifications in "Motivating and Engaging Employees" and "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers" from LinkedIn in 2020.
